What happened on September, 11, 2001?

On September, 11, 2001 there were various terrorist attacks in the U.S. One of those attacks includes the Twin Towers in New York. Another attack included the one on the pentagon in Washington D.C. The air plane that was supposed to hit the white house was attack by the passengers and crashed in Pennsylvania.

Why did Bush’s use of the word Crusade Worry and outrage people?

Using the word Crusade is bad because war on terrorism is only talking about the terrorist. Including the word crusade tells that the war is declared on the entire religion.

Why is it bad to compare the current war to the crusades?

It’s bad to compare the current war the crusades. In the crusades there was a war between religions. One of those religions was Islam. Comparing the war to the crusades causes conflict on an entire religion not terrorism.

Who were the groups of people fighting in the original crusades?

They were French, bohemians, Germans, Englishmen, Scots, Italian, and Spaniards.
